the owner of Cassette Collars Limited. My journey in the air conditioning industry started over 30 years ago with what was supposed to be a temporary, two-day job shifting heavy equipment around a large site. I loved the energy and the challenge so much that I simply never left!
I spent my first three years in the trenches of installation, and I still look back fondly on those days out on the road, learning how systems work from the inside out. From there, I moved into maintenance—cleaning filters and assisting commissioning engineers on major, complex builds.
Over the decades, I transitioned into sales and project management. I’ve personally designed and run everything from simple split system installations to massive, complex multi-VRV and VRF systems for large hotels and commercial offices.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, I faced redundancy. Just two days later, an opportunity arose to take over Cassette Collars Limited, and I didn’t hesitate. Today, I draw on three decades of hands-on industry experience to lead the company and manufacture products the industry genuinely needs.
